Last few years of its existence in quality education, Shri Vijaysinha Yadav Arts & Science College is now synonymous with sheer excellence.  It is an outstanding conception of visionary Hon. Vijaysinha Yadav beginning this institute in 1999.

Our institute is sincerely dedicated to prepare the rural youth for challenge of the competitive global marketplace fostering a socio – economic - scientific sensitivity in their perspective.

The department of Physics was started in 2004-2005 (B. Sc. III) and has at present 2 permanent, 3 fulltime temporary and 6 CHB faculty members.  The department offers regular teaching programs, leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and a career oriented course in Physics.

The Department regularly conducts tutorials, tests and home assignments.  The faculty is also very active in extension programs, in reaching out to students and the general public also. All the faculty members are engaged in research activities.
